Studio Rentals
Space for teams who already have a crew
Three studios in Kuala Lumpur, built for recording, filming, and dubbing
Studio rental is for the producer who already has a director, a cast, or a voice-over team lined up and just needs the right room. If you need us to supply the crew too, that is a different service — video production or dubbing, not a rental.
A lot of studio space in Kuala Lumpur is either underequipped or bundled into a package you do not need. We rent our music studio, production studio, and dubbing studio as standalone space, with the same equipment our own productions use. You bring the people and the plan. We give you the room, the acoustics, and the gear.
Three rooms, three jobs
Music Studio
Tracking booth and control room for bands, solo artists, and composers who need clean recording space.
Production Studio
A film-ready set with a lighting grid, for shoots that need a controlled environment rather than a location.
Dubbing Studio
An ADR booth with sync playback, built for dialogue replacement, voice-over, and language localisation work.

What's in the building
Our dubbing studio is the same room our in-house roster of voice-over artists records in daily. Outside productions use it for the same reason.
If you are not sure which room fits, describe the session. A band tracking an album needs the music studio and nothing else. A corporate video shoot needs the production studio and a day or two. A dubbing house localising a series into Bahasa Melayu or Arabic needs booth time with sync playback, which is what the dubbing studio is built for.
If your project still needs a director, editor, or voice cast assembled, do not rent a room first — start with video production or dubbing and voiceover instead, and fold studio time into that scope. Our studios back productions that work with Arabic and Turkish TV partners, so the standard is built for broadcast, not just internal use.
